Zebra Jasper Moon Necklace

0.00

Handmade entirely from sterling and fine silver.

Zebra Jasper in a chiseled setting with a handmade bail. My maker’s mark and .925 adorn the back, indicating authenticity. All jump rings are soldered closed for durability. The pendant hangs on a polished sterling silver chain and hangs around 10 1/2 inches in total length.

Given a black patina & brought to a soft, satin finish.

ABOUT THE STONE:

Zebra Jasper is a sedimentary stone that formed over 600 million years ago. It was formed when detrital clay deposits compacted into layers, which then created the characteristic red/beige or red/brown bandings, even though this kind of Jasper is typically a white stone with black stripes. Zebra Jasper is also known by other names like Zebra Stone, Zebra Marble, Zebra Agate, and Zebra Rock. It was first discovered in Kunnanurra, in Western Australia.
