triple turquoise ring {size 5.75}

0.00

Hachita and Royston turquoise with sterling and fine silver accents rest inside of fine silver bezels. A hand-hammered shank best fits a US size 5.75. My maker's mark and .925 are stamped to the back for authenticity. This ring was given a dark patina to add depth and a final polish to bring out the details.

Hachita turquoise mining dates back to 1905. Located in New Mexico. Considered rare, as it is harder to find. Named for the Hachita Mountain Range. Translates to "Little Hachet" Royston turquoise comes from a group of mines in Nevada that was discovered in 1902. It is predominately brown/tan host rock with a greenish/blue vein of turquoise running through it.
